TALENTED CHEFS, LOCAL PRODUCE
Head chef John Grabecki and his team are passionate about fresh and local produce, much of which is grown on the Rigaud estate. John trained in London with both the Galvin and Roux brothers and most recently he worked with Ben Shewry at three star Attica in Melbourne.
